This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath townhome is located in Orlando’s newest resort community of Vista Cay at Harbor Square. Tuscan themed Vista Cay offers spacious accommodations that are ideal for either the family wanting to be close to all the excitement of International Drive, couples getting away for a short break, as well as the discerning business traveler in town for a meeting or a big convention.

Elegantly furnished, this 1,777 square foot three-story town home with tasteful interior design boasts a master bedroom featuring one king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds to sleep a total of 6 guests. This impressive home also has a sofa bed in the living room to sleep a total of 8 guests. The well apportioned open plan second floor has a living and dining room with gourmet kitchen. This home also has a 1-car garage.

The comfortable living area has a full entertainment center and cable TV. A Nintendo wii with sports resort package has been provided, along with an I-pod dock with cd player. There are also Board/card games available to use while relaxing. For the 'little one's', a high chair, stroller and Pack and Play cot with fitted sheets and baby blanket have been provided.
